Ramah in the Rockies is looking to hire a full-time Finance Director (FD) to oversee the business management and fiscal operations for Ramah in the Rockies. . The FD will work closely with the camp leadership team to chart a sound financial path for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, organizational, and business skills as well as financial management experience.
The Ranch Manager will play a critical role in partnering with the Executive Director (ED) and Operations & Retreats Director (OD) in the overall facility management for Ramah in the Rockies. The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for all buildings, equipment, vehicles, and grounds on our 360-acre mountain ranch year-round. The Ranch Manager will also be required to live year-round on a remote mountain ranch in a communal setting near Deckers, Colorado.

During the school year, he is a school social worker in Columbus, OH, and has experience as a teacher and social worker across pre-K through college in Tulsa, OK and New York, NY. He has a BA in sociology from The Ohio State University and an MSW from Columbia University.
Director of Operations
Kevin joined the Ramah in the Rockies team in 2019. He has been involved with various youth camp programs for the past 32 years, and believes it keeps him young at heart. Kevin loves the challenge of managing our 360-acre ranch, and is excited for what the future holds for our whole community. Kevin lives up at camp with his wife Liz.
