Session I: Wednesday, June 16th – Tuesday, July 13th

Chalutzim entering grades 8, 9, and 10 are encouraged to come for the entire month-long session. However, these age groups have the option of attending a shorter session from Wednesday, June 16th – Wednesday, June 30th (Session IA) or from Wednesday, June 30th – Tuesday, July 13th (Session IB)

Session II: Sunday, July 18th – Sunday, August 1st

This session is open to chalutzim entering 6th-10th grades. Note: due to increased demand, this session is now open to entering 6th/7th graders as well!

Session III: Tuesday August 3rd – Tuesday, August 10th

Due to increased demand, we have added a one week session for rising 6th and 7th graders. This session is only open to entering 6th and 7th graders.

Session I: $3,900

Session IA, IB or II: $2,100

Session III: : $800

Prices do not include transportation to and from camp.  We will be arranging for pick up and drop off at the Denver International Airport, and the cities of Denver and Boulder, Colorado on the first and last day of each session.  We will be sending out more detailed transportation information including pricing in February 2010.  Parents who live locally are welcome to transport their kids to and from camp.

All applications must be submitted with a refundable $300 deposit.  All tuition must be paid in full by April 2010.  Until April 1, 2010 if you decide that this camp is not an appropriate fit for your son/daughter, we will refund you your tuition in full.  After April 1, 2010, we will only be able to issue refunds if we are able to find a teenager who will take the place of your son/daughter in his/her age unit.

One Week Program

Chalutzim entering grade 6 and 7 are eligible for the one week program.  Campers will enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while learning valuable life skills at base camp or on trail. Campers will arrive on Tuesday and spend Wednesday at base camp participating in some of the amazing adventure activities that Ramah Outdoors offers. They will pack and leave for a hiking trip on Thursday returning on Friday to welcome the beauty of Shabbat. They will continue to participate in engaging programs at base camp on Sunday and Monday.
